Tim is the Project Manager at KTS Building and Construction.
With an Engineering background and a Master Degree in Construction Management, Tim brings his expertise and passion of construction project management to each stage of our projects to ensure that the projects run smoothly hence delivered in time to the budget.
Tim is heavily involved in preparing project cost forecast reports, progress summary reports, designing work & labour schedules via project management softwares, contract administration and preparing quotations as well as coordinating our subcontractors.
He is passionate about building industry and building design and always in a search for innovative solutions to exceed our clients’ needs.
